2.2. Delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond its control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, and carrier delays. Hamdard will do it best to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

3. Shipping Destinations

3.1. Hamdard currently ship to addresses within India. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact its customer support for assistance.

4. Shipping Costs 

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, and your delivery address. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

5. Order Tracking 

5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments 

6.1. In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. Hamdard will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.

6.2. Proof of Delivery:  In case of any missing or lost item from the delivery pack while receiving from the delivery person, the customer must record a video while receiving from the delivery person and check all the items as per their order. If any item is missing/ damaged from the pack, the customer can share the recorded video as proof of missing/ damaged item received. The video along with the complaint details to be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the delivery time.

7. Customs and Import Duties 

7.1. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential fees.

8. Shipping Restrictions
